Are your tea bags compostable?
Yes, our tea bags are plastic-free and fully compostable. We use non-GMO cornstarch-based material for the bags and organic cotton for the strings.
How long does shipping take?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
Are your products certified organic?
Absolutely. All English Tea Shop products are certified organic by the Soil Association and are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened tea products. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a full refund or replacement.
Are there any allergens in your tea blends?
While tea is naturally gluten-free, some of our flavored blends may contain ingredients like cinnamon or hibiscus. All potential allergens are clearly listed in bold on the ingredient panel of each pack.
